They were extremely friendly and because of them, I had one of the best experiences of my life thus far. “Charm Aviation” cancelled on us when we arrived I. Person due to another day of helicopter malfunction. The day prior, they cancelled and rescheduled us for today and waited until we paid for an Uber to get there to tell us they couldn’t honor our reservation. These gentlemen came right over and got us on their helicopter 🚁 30 minutes later. I truly appreciate their hospitality, professionalism and kindness. The ride itself was AMAZING. Thank you all so so much!!!

The check-in agents, the admin and security personnel and at the end the pilot, everyone was very professional and friendly. I felt safe and welcome all the time. You can feel that the staff loves their job. The 18' sightseeing flight was wonderful and really worth the money! (Check whether you have to pay the 40 USD Heliport fee or its included in your package).

The visitor center was clean and staff were friendly and explain everything.
The helicopter was spotless and gleaming red in the New York Sun.
The pilot was very good, I was lucky enough to sit in the front and on quite a gusty day he made it a very smoothish flight.
It was 13mins in the air, but seemed longer once up and see all the hot spots with commentary and music on the headsets........ thoroughly enjoyed it👍🚁 -

I strongly recommend Zip Aviation, not only for the ride (AMAZING!) but also for the customer service. Tracy and the guys went above and beyond to give a superlative experience.
