  I had a drop and hook. The shipping clerk was very nice. Told me where to drop and pick up. Had my paperwork in a few minutes.
  It's a little tight when backing into a door. Not horrible.

  Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I read the reviews saying it takes forever to load. I had no problems. Had to sit for 2 minutes to get a 30-minute break-in.

  I'm serious when I tell you. Ignore these reviews. If you are competent and follow directions, are prepared and not adversarial and are prepared for the basic steps to check in at a reciever, even maybe try to have a positive attitude... You'll be golden. Checkin in at 11:00 out at 11:30. Lady that was checking me in was nice and let her guard down right as she realized I was not a jerky driver. I thanked her and waŵs ready to leave w paperwork and seal before I even backed into the dock. Pull all the way to the end and stay left. Then swing wide for truck turnaround and come back the same way for easy set up to dock assignment. It is a bit tight but not horrible. No designated overnight but you could ask and would be accommodated. Bonus is a view of that big ol beautiful bridge you can catch a glimpse of at the turn around..... Merica!
