Best doctor I’ve ever had. Very personable, genuinely tries to help you. Makes you feel heard. Staff is great and always willing to help. They always call you back and answer questions. Honestly love this whole team
I have been with Dr. Jo, as my mom and I call him, for about 5 years now (mom longer). He has done what he can to help me and also my mother and we love him. When he was located in Voorhees I always loved him but "SOME" not all of his staff (his girls Stef and Katie in New and old office are awesome) but "some" of old staff were very UNsocialable, never called back and made appt mistakes with my mom a few times, thank god she always had her appt card with her. I almost was close to maybe changing pain docs only because of those issues and then he opened his own practice (much further distance drive for mom and more for me but because we love him we go FYI: I have to drive mom too as tough drive for her) Since he left Voorhees we even see how much happier/relaxed he is. He has been doing what he can for both myself and my mother to feel better but after something I heard him say to my mother a week ago that assured me he wasn't just about just poking holes in you or surgery I knew he was always the real deal. He presents an idea to you but it is up to you if you want to go/try with it or if he feels it isn't necessary yet or maybe in the future he will tell you. Thank you Dr. Jo! You and your staff rock!
Dr. Josephson is one of the kindest Doctors I have ever met. He simply cares if you are suffering and...these days, that is like finding a needle in a haystack. I wish I had more than 2 thumbs to put up! I'm a little nervous he has pushed me off to a PA. But, she seems nice enough. I will be sure to update this if my experience turns sour, but really hope it never does.
