(November 29, 2021, 4:13 pm)John has been my dietitian for 5 years. He’s been with me through two amateur inboxing matches and helped me make weight and reach 18% body fat for both fights. I didn’t have to crash diet - in fact I made weight while eating 6 or more meals a day. Not hungry at all! What I love most about John is that he supports your diet needs in terms of YOUR life. At my most recent job I was so overwhelmed, I could barley work out - he was extremely supportive and communicated to me that it was OK. And that although this season of my life was different, we could still maintain a healthy lifestyle and balance. I will never look for another a dietitian for the rest of my life. My mon even works with John now as well. She’s 52 and has recently lost 15 lbs!

(November 16, 2021, 10:10 am)My mom sees Gina and we absolutely adore her. Gina is so kind and she always makes my mom feel like she's talking to a friend. My mom was nervous to start seeing a nutritionist when she got diagnosed with diabetes. My mom gets excited to tell Gina about her progress and Gina gives that excited happy energy right back. Gina very obviously cares about her patients and it's so nice to see how far my mom has come, losing 34lbs already in about 4 months, in such a short time with Gina's help.

Ann Garrison's enthusiasm to help me become a healthier, stronger, more confident and happier individual has been very inspiring. She often reminds me that weight loss is only a benefit of changing my lifestyle, but not the main reason. It is to become the best version of yourself physically and mentally. Her motivation, support, knowledge, suggestions, and educating me about food and how it interacts with the body to fuel you, not fill you, has enabled me to stay on track. She's so supportive and always there to offer tips, recipe ideas and words of encouragement. (August 23, 2021, 1:27 pm)I have so many amazing things to say about Your Wellness Consultants, especially my dietician, Danielle. I started in March 2020 and through simple habit changes and a progressive approach I lost 40 lbs in less than a year and a half. I started feeling better and seeing results almost instantly without vastly changing my lifestyle or "dieting" - just being more intuitive about my diet and fitness. I've referred a couple folks and will continue to do so, as I have had truly life changing results and keep seeing change for the positive.
