The tech, Joe, was unassuming and calm---with skill that belied his understated personality. He detected the issues and had us up and running. We are very thankful for hot water again!

She is absolutely awesome. She had such a raising attitude. She demonstrates a love for her customers.Very friendly and focused on the needs of the customer.
Now,Matt arrived at my home, Introduced himself, and interacted well with my husband and myself. He looked at the problem we had, took charged, very informative, very polite, very respectful and established a great working environment. I love the two people I meant and without any hesitation, will recommend the company and Matt to everyone.
They both have an understanding and knowledge of the companies policies. -

(June 7, 2023, 1:33 pm)Matt did an excellent job unclogging a difficult drain. The clog was beyond 20 feet out from the house. He was very knowledgeable and also very respectful, careful, and clean. He took booties on an off every time he had to get something from the truck outside. I highly recommend Matt for your plumbing needs!

My most recent repair was less than what some other plumbers charge to assess the problem. You get great quality at a reasonable cost which is rare these days!

(April 25, 2023, 6:25 am)We have a pump up toilet that stopped working. A friend recommended New England Plumbing & Heating and we are so glad we called. They were professional in every way. When I called I was given a clear set of expectations, they sent me text messages to remind me of the visit and the time the repair man would come, I even got a call letting me know he would be a bit late due to an unexpected emergency.
The technician was polite wore shoe coverings so as not to track in dirt, it wasn’t necessary since we have two dogs but it was appreciated. He quickly identified the problem and made the fix. Additionally, he saw that one of the connections was in the process of failing and after discussing it with my husband quickly made the repair to that as well so we didn’t end up with a bigger problem down the road.
If you are looking for a plumber I would highly recommend New England Plumbing & Heating.
