  Lovely lady with a great technique. I felt better physically when I left and she also spoke to my heart. She worked me in on short notice by giving up her lunch for me. 🤍

  Beyond massage session. She not only touched on areas requested but instantly touched on areas that needed attention that I was aware of and some that I was not but certainly needed attention. She also helped discover orgins of issues that I didn't think of. Very knowledgeable and educates you as well. She is great at working with you. Went in feeling kind of twisted. Left feeling loose and like weight had been lifted off my whole body.

  I have been a client for at least 4 years. Yola has a background in physical therapy and rightly considers her massages to be medical. She asks if there are areas that need attention and will then guide the massage to my needs. She makes necessary corrections to joint alignments and breaks up adhesion in soft tissue. She explains what she is doing and will leave me with exercises to follow to continue my body's healing. Highly recommended!

  What a find. So glad I booked with Yola! She took the time to talk to me and find out what my goals were.Having her knowledge so advance in cupping, myoskeletal alignment and PT, I felt like I was getting a very detailed massage. The pressure was deep, but skillful. Finding that a deep tissue can be relaxing. I felt very comfortable right away!
  As a massage therapist myself, it’s been great to find someone who has a passion for taking care of the body and truly knows this field. I look forward to my next one and am inspired by her as well! Yola is AMAZING! ✨

  I have seen Yola multiple times and just love her. Each time she asks me what concerns I have and what is bothering me and then customizes the massage based on our consultation. She has an extensive background in health and wellness and it shows. She immediately can pin point what is off, whether it’s my shoulder blade or hip etc and work it back into place. She has used cupping to help with my neck, shoulder, and back pain and even to help with digestion. She also recommends stretches and things I can do at home to help with posture. She has helped me so much and I can honestly feel such a difference in my back since I have started seeing her. I can not recommend her enough!!
