Dr. Devangi is such a sweet person and a great teacher. She helped me with my anxiety as well as with setting a proper workout routine. At first, I was unsure about starting yoga, but after taking a few classes, I feel so much better! I can see that Dr. Devangi really cares about her students, both inside and outside of classes. She is easy to talk to and I enjoy learning yoga with her. After my experience here, I definitely recommend taking Yoga for Life!

The meditation sessions conducted by Devangi are very well structured with the right transitions to take the practioner in self introspections. I have attended a few meditation classes before but this is very different. She gives special attention to your individual needs and makes the session as fruitful and productive as possible. I have been doing it for a few months now and found that the sessions aren't repetitive. She incorporates adjustments in each session to help learn different meditative techniques. I have greatly benefited for these meditation sessions.

Devangi is an amazing instructor, she helped me get into deeper poses with better alignment. She is very patient and communicates very well which is critical to everyone's safety and success to achieve maximum yoga benefits.
