  Received my range hood quickly. Realized after I received it- it unfortunately would not work in my space. Santiago Di Santo was very kind and helpful assisting me with my return. Would definitely shop here again.

  I spoke with Santiago Di Santo at Appliances Connection about a washing machine order I had placed the day before. I needed delivery asap as the machine it would be replacing had stopped working. He was extremely helpful and confirmed the order would be processed that day and delivered the next. Very happy that YF Logistics is able to turn this around so quickly.

  I wanted to replace my old Kitchen Aid dishwasher for a new Miele dishwasher. I wasn’t aware of different installation set ups. Kitchen Aid dishwasher is hardwired. I had to refuse to accept the delivery. I called Customer Service and reach out Santiago Di Santo. He was very professional and explained me my options. I decided to get a refund . I got my refund right away.

  Such an amazing customer service experience. I had a serious delay in installation then discovered that I was told to order a produce not compatible with my kitchen design. Their customer service team, especially Santiago Di Santo, was so friendly, helpful, kind, compassionate and resolved my issue. I really appreciate their timely response and willingness to help me. So far during my kitchen remodel this team has been the most professional and helpful of everyone I have worked with.
