  I went to the Springfield, MA location. I was greeted in a prompt and professional manner. I advised the manager of the store as to which beds that I was interested in. The manager knew everything about the beds that I was interested in. The manager answered all of the questions and allowed me the time to make my selection. The manager focused me on the important issues like the materials that the mattress was made of, which was very important to me. Rather than bad mouth other businesses, the manager gave me factual information that I was able to research which led me to confirm that the business model was 100% above board. How the bed is constructed is one thing. WHAT IS IN THE BED IS ANOTHER. That was the determining factor for me. The delivery was excellent and the price was reasonable. Would highly recommend this business.

  My wife and I were expecting to spend a day mattress shopping. Our first stop was the Yankee Mattress Factory store on Boston Rd Springfield. It ended up being a one shop trip with a few extra hours free in the day. The sales person was highly knowledgeable, directed us to exactly what we were looking for, and gave us the space when needed to check the product. The mattresses were so good, it was hard to choose between two of them.

  Very knowledgeable salesperson; family business. 8 years running best in the valley Advocate reader poll, posted on the window. Quality constructed mattresses, explained well, made local. Bought a King size, tax free!

  Nice locally made mattress company with a variety of comfy mattress options and a great price. Make sure you check them out before you buy from Bob's or Raymour and Flanagan, you will not be disappointed.
