However, the excellent customer service we had from them as they assisted us in setting up a unique digital lock for our sliding glass door is what actually earns this review 5 stars. The technician arrived on schedule and was respectful and kind. He assembled the lock expertly, installed it to our specifications and satisfaction, cleaned up the drilling waste, and was incredibly respectful of our home highly suggestable

These technicians were able to fit me into their schedule and changed the old-looking lock set with a brand new brushed nickel set within two hours. At a reasonable price with friendly, quick, and professional service.

I've had locksmiths come to my house previously, but they never appeared to be concerned about completing a good job. This guy walked in, smiled, gave me a quotation on the spot, and then performed what he said he would do. He even called to let me know how much time he'd need to arrive.
