Assistant manager is not. He told me he could get away with a lot of things because he has a brain injury.
For instance, I asked a younger person for his drivers.license to confirm age to purchase beer. The person could not do that so I told him I couldn't sell him beer. Tom the assistant manager went over to my register punched in a fake birthday and sold that kid his beer. He said he could do that cause he has a brain injury. I was told I was slow and didn't comprehend to Tom's demands so I left. I am 75 yrs old. -
