  David was extremely responsive and checked out our issue within a day. Work was scheduled and completed quickly to repair the leak around our vent pipe by replacing the boot. I would highly recommend!

  Xterior PRO roofing gets my highest recommendation. David Lema was extremely professional, doing the inspection and estimate in a timely manner and scheduling the job very quickly. The removal of the old roof and installation of the new took only 2 days (a small house, but still!) and he sent a small army which is how he maintains such an efficient schedule--at several points he had three trucks there. During the entire time of the removal, repair and replacement of the roof, he had workers on the ground constantly doing clean up so that the site never reached any kind of critical mass of construction mess. He did neat work around the skylight and chimney and completely rebuilt the Yankee gutters which were a complete mess. Beautiful job, efficiently and economically done!

  I can't say enough about David Lema and his team at Xterior Pro -- I did a lot of shopping with Mid-Hudson roofing companies before making my choice for replacing a failed asphalt roof with a new EPDM system for my 1836 Newburgh house. From start to finish, David was friendly and reliable and he and his team not only worked quickly to remove and skillfully patch and replace the roof on a very tall building but they kept safety and cleanup in mind throughout the process.

  David and his crew did a great job. I had been putting off this work for Years after seeing how much of a nightmare project this was expected to be.
  These guys knocked it out and completely exceeded my expectations, price was more then fair and the work they did was amazing.
  Even the clean up work after was spotless.
  I would highly recommend them!

  We received 3 estimates and Xterior Pro came out on top with the most reasonable price. They also offered financing unlike the other quotes. David and his team did an excellent job! They arrived early in the morning and got to work right away and finished the job in one day. The roof looks great! I would highly recommend David and his team!
