  Zach opened the door for me and greeted me with an awesome smile. Love his customer service and hospitality. For the time I was there I noticed his consistency with everyone that entered the store. Very nice to see. Kris helped me start my services, she was a pleasure to work with. Im very satisfied with my trip today. Great job!

  First time in an actual Xfinity store. Initial impressions, the store itself is laid out well and seems comfortable enough. With that being said, my review is of the employees that work at this location. As I can't speak about other stores in comparison, my experience with this location was A+. My daughter and I were greeting promptly and friendly upon entering when quickly approached by Sam, our representative. Sam did the one thing well that I believe is missing overall from this company for a very long time now, he listened. Once I was done with my rant, jokingly of course, Sam presented me with a very acceptable explanation and course of action regarding my services. I kept what I needed, returned what I didn't, and confirmed my transaction all within a few mins. I call that an exceptional customer service experience. I will definitely recommend this location if asked. Sam you should be proud, you impressed me with honest straightforward simplicity and I do not impress easily. Keep up the good work it was definitely noticed and hope my review serves you well.

  Always super helpful on anything my family and I need and are super patient with questions and are happy to help in every way possible. Very quick service too. Especially from Adrian R.

  My husband and I got new phones on Saturday. Brandon helped us. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and very nice! He answered every question we asked and went above and beyond! Great job Brandon!👍👍👍
