I hope Michaels direct boss is reading this as I am a (XDP) dealer for what ever this means as I have had to set up every account individually that they sell I ordered a s&b filter threw them Monday ( Not Being a S&b dealer)
Paid full price to turn around and be told I can not purchase the item this is the biggest scam ever if you ask me I can go any where on line and purchase this filter at the same price and better customer support
After talking with Paul and him and him taking the time to review things and understanding what was going on he was able to go out of his way apologize and help take care of the situation he was very reasonable and allowed me to talk instead of talking over me he went out of his way to make sure my concerns and issues were resolved I feel after talking with Paul that things will go smoother and have a better customer relations with them in the future I will give them another shot as I have been dealing with them for 8-10 years as a business owner not everyone is perfect but what is made it at the end makes the wireless of difference thank you Paul -

(January 21, 2023, 2:33 pm)Ordered a diesel filter cat adapter kit for a 2015 lml and couldn’t get it to seal up to save my life. Called and told them what was going on and they sent one out free of charge to replace the defective part. Will definitely be doing business with them again in the future!! Great customer service!
