  I cant say enough good things about Ryan and everyone at xathletics. Just amazingly supporitive, always ready to modify for your skill leave. I started at almost 300 pounds and i was pushed and provided with the trainging i needed to do all moves safely and properly and again he was always willing to modify a move to your love. Check them out you definitely wont regret it best decision ive ever made

  I was looking to improve my fitness aspect of my health journey 2 1/2 years ago and a friend told me about this box/gym. From the day I walked in I have absolutely loved it. Love the fact that it is smaller and that we all feel like a family/community. Everyone encourages each other. Ryan has been nothing but supportive and knows my strengths and weaknesses. He is very encouraging and pushes you when you need it. Love this place!!! My home away from home...

  I’ve been going for about a year and half now. Love the people there. Ryan the head Coach is very observant and accommodating to your needs and your skill level. My life and body have taken a drastic change toward a much healthier lifestyle. The community here is phenomenal.

  Crossfit Northood is like a home away from home, where you feel very welcomed and comfortable.
  All age, all level of fitness are dearly welcomed and this is what makes this place even more special.
  Ryan’s coaching will help you grow physically and mentally. He’s always watching you from the corner to correct and help you with the movements. He will always listen to you and adapt a workout to fit you needs. This place is worth investing in, in order to invest in yourself.
