I called and within an hour the wasp nest was removed and they graciously did it free of charge! The Croton Community extremely appreciates Rex Wildlife and Pest Control! 6 babies later, I figured it out. As adorable as the kits were, I was aware of the structural liability ahead. After contacting a vendor that couldn’t bother to even respond. Wrex delivered an instant response and professional, empathetic service. The process was transparent and a partnership, unlike the transactional approach of others in the industry. The communication was fantastic throughout and I must absolutely recommend Wrex for their expertise, trust and results.

We’ve have an abundance of issues that have spanned from pest removal to treating our yard so it’s more enjoyable outside with insects and ticks and they’ve handled it all. Would highly recommend! Also very responsiveness via text, email and phone.

Within 24hour of inquiry I had an appointment scheduled, well priced. Chris was prompt, informative, and very caring. We hired someone from another company previously that made the issue worst. Chris fixed that right away. He even paid a visit inbetween follow up just to answer all my questions and concerns in person. Highly recommend them! Will continue to use their services moving forward.
