  We purchased a Jutol 602 woodstove and had the Honesdale crew install it. Bill and his crew were exceptional. Literally a perfect installation, no shortcuts, no dust, no dirt. You will not find a better and more professional group. Well done!

  Absolutely LOVE this place. We purchased a fireplace for our new home and we had to keep rescheduling because of different issues and Dee and Bill couldn't have been more accommodating. Not only were they great but when the time came to get the install done, Jamie and Brian showed up, couldn't be nicer guys. So caring and you can tell how professional they were, to me they went above and beyond on so many different levels. The were SO meticulous and they were both funny and great personalities. This made it enjoyable for us as the home owner as we appreciated their humor and letting us be inquisitive of what they were doing and them explaining to us the steps they were doing. So respectful they both were! Again the install team went above and beyond and I'd recommend Woody's in a heart beat! Thanks Jamie and Brian, and thanks to the office Dee and Bill. What a great team you all have!

  Woody’s Fireplace in Honesdale, PA is absolutely awesome! This very positive experience started with the store’s management taking the time to understand our needs, our budget & the area we were looking to heat. They then provided a comprehensive tour of the propane stoves that would best meet those concerns, thus making the selection process a breeze! The best, however, was yet to come as a not-to-be-believed team – Jamie & Brian – provided not just expert installation & set-up of the unit, but did so with the highest level of professionalism, courtesy & care. Importantly, they made sure that everything about the new addition to our home – placement, operation, etc. – was fully up to code & when they left, the stove was perfectly positioned & ready to go! It is, therefore, that we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Woody’s Fireplace to any & all who want an indisputably high quality product, a pleasant & informative buying experience & superior installation, set up & service!

  We had a great experience with both Bill & Dee at Woody's. They were very professional. They were responsive both by phone and email. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job. We are very happy.
