  Can’t recommend Woodward enough! I ordered pavers through them for a patio I was building. They had better prices than other local landscape supply stores, plus Gabrielle was extremely helpful. She made recommendations, helped me estimate how much I would need, and was kind enough to update my order after I made a mistake. Delivery was great too. Barry dropped off the pallets around back so I wouldn’t have to move them too far.

  I thought I was going to have a smooth experience, boy was I wrong! This company and team lacks in knowledge and communication. First off it's my first time purchasing landscaping stone and boulders so I have zero knowledge on price , delivery, etc. Several weeks ago I went into the store to see about some landscaping stone and a couple of boulders. I met with Deb who showed me the stones and boulders. We agreed on a price. I left the store with that price in mind and arranged for a date for delivery. Unfortunately I wasn't able to keep the date and needed to cancel pending a new date. For the next several days and weeks, this company, Deb and Todd, called RELENTLESSLY, sometimes back to back, to get me to pay and schedule a date. I felt harassed every single time they called. I finally was able to arrange a date and paid over the phone with the knowledge of our original price and size of product. Deb did not go over the details of the my purchase when she took my payment over the phone regrettably I didn't confirm either. That turned out to be a nightmare! Todd came the first time with less than half the product that I requested and paid for, I was livid! So I called Deb and she proceeded to go over the details of my order, which wasn't what we previously discussed while at the store and agreed on, nor did she go over the details when I paid over the phone. They charge extra for the tote bags that the material comes in and for the placement of the 600lb boulders. NEVER MENTIONED AT ANY POINT! The second time Todd returned, to deliver the rest of my order, never even announced he was there, which they said they would. BOULDER IS CURRENTLY LAYING ON TOP OF STONES IN THE TOTE BAG! THEY SAID IT WAS A LIABILITY TO PLACE IT WHERE I WANT. AGAIN NEVER MENTIONED THAT AT ANY POINT DURING THE SALE OR PURCHASE!
  
  UPDATE; Gabrielle and Mngmt @Woodward Landscape Supply rectified the prior experience I had, above. They honored the price and amount of material that was initially requested by me with Deb. They also allowed their team to place my purchased boulders in the area I wanted. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to satisfy me. Todd and young man arrived on the next business day and alerted me when they came for placement of heavy Boulders and delivery of missing yard stones. They were cordial and respectful. Thank you ALL involved for your professionalism, understanding and courtesy!

  I started a very big landscape job myself. After calling multiple landscape company's that either made me feel overwhelmed, they were unhelpful, lack of materials, little knowledge about product or even one that told me "I wouldn't be able to complete this job" then pushing companies on me. I then came across Woodward's. Deb was the first person I spoke to at this company and she went above and beyond for me. Made me feel confident and comfortable with the materials I was purchasing. I gave her my measurements and she gave me an amount of each product I would need for each section, plus other materials which I didn't even know I was going to need under the patio. The respect and support didn't end with that phone call. On the day of my delivery Todd was my delivery driver and he was extremely helpful. He didn't just drop and go like i expected. He asked me where I wanted the product and even placed it as close to the project as his truck would allow him to. Which definitely saved me alot of hauling heavy product across my property. I wish Woodward's was my first call. They weren't this time but they will be every time after this. I will also refer them to anyone I know! Thank you Deb, Todd and the rest of the Woodward's team.
