  This was a great purchase. I ordered the Tavola 8 (PH-473). The price was right and it works so well. The adjustable flame is very nice. Lighting it is a breeze. I recommend this for sure.
  
  Shipping was a bit longer than I thought, but it was worth the wait. the product was well-packed and the carrier scheduled delivery with me as expected. Jasmine from customer service was very kind and responded pretty fast to my questions, I had technical questions about connections and other things, and she nailed them right away, and was make sure I understand everything.
  
  I gave them 5 stars for the service, for the price, for the communication, and of course, for the amazing fire pit that we’ve got.
  
  I have attached a few realistic photos of how it arrived.

Full Review. 11/30/2022. Mariyah M. This fireplace is located in my office and gives off perfect heat. The settings on the remote work exactly as described. The only assembly required is to place the acrylic stones on the bed, and to attach the screen glass face, which has 2 hooks that it easily slides on and hooks.
