Although Dr. Kessel did not question my prior medical history or why I was on the meds that I take as a new patient to his office, I was pleasantly suprised by the level of customer service provided by all staff members at the office. All physicians there have seen me now for an Rx refill or well check here or there and the wait times have not been more than 45min. They are all very thorough and willing to spend time to focus on your visit as opposed to many primary offices where the pt is only allowed 1 chief complaint/ visit. Pt education and preventative medicine are obvious priorities at this office and I am confident in the staff.
