(November 3, 2020, 4:06 pm)I switched from another company that charged way too much with whom we had to negotiate each renewal term. Waste Management gave me a fair price up front. Their pickup service has been good although there were some problems during the height of the COVID-19 period. Customer service has been very good and responsive. We had two day a week pickup and were sent a letter informing us it would be cut back to one day a week at a fractional discount. I called and told them what I thought was an appropriate discount and they gave it to me . We have had very good luck with the 2 or 3 times we needed a special or bulk pickup. Our driver has been great about handling it.
