I contacted Wittus and they said they did not repair the brand I had and they made an effort to get me in touch with a local company that could help me. They went above and beyond. And even followed up several times with me. This was so nice of the owner. This is rare in today’s world to have a company help you when they are not even doing the work. Wow. Thank you.

Their selection of stylish, well-crafted, and efficient stoves was excellent and delivery was as promised. When we shop for the next (additional) stove, this is the place to which we'll go.
