(June 19, 2023, 9:36 am)I was having issues getting my Work Comp prescriptions filled every single month. The insurance case manager would either decline the refill approval or just not respond to the pharmacy authorization request at all, causing an auto-rejection. Even though I had an attorney representing me, it will still cause a week’s worth of delays to resolve the issue, and with several prescriptions being filled on different due dates, it was becoming a full-time job chasing down my refills. That’s when my doctor recommended Wirx E-Pharmacy. Wirx would ship the prescription directly to my home on the refill date, and then THEY (with the help of my attorney) would deal with fighting to get the refill order authorized. Now, I receive my prescriptions on-time, every month, with no hassle involved. I’m sure the case manager is still the same pain that they always were, but I don’t have to deal with it. Thanks Wirx!

You shipped it to me even after I was told by the pharmacist that they didn’t support my insurance and I had no money to pay for it !! I highly recommend you guys to anyone in need of help or having a problem getting through these situations where we feel we don’t have help thanks for your support ms.Nelly
