  I have been making wine with Lou Sodano and his son-in-law, Joe, for 15 years. They are terrific. Their expertise is unparalleled. They make the whole wine making experience an unforgettable one. I, for one, give them ***** - 5 stars.

  This is the best place in NJ to learn how to make wine, and to get a group of people to have fun and do it with you. Owners are as friendly as can be, welcoming to their facility, and really know what they are doing! Many wine making options... try it.

  A group of us have been making wine here for a while. It is always a good time and the results are great. You decide what kind of wine you want to make from an assortment of varietals from California or South America. They guide you through the process from selection, crushing, pressing and bottling. There is a nice tasting room for you to enjoy some snacks (you bring the food) while waiting to do your wine making activities. The owners are very welcoming and friendly with some great stories. Definitely something I can recommend.
