  After water damage from a frozen water pipe we needed major renovations to our living room. We visited Window Trends in Morris Plains. It was a pleasure shopping there from the first moment in the store - the staff was extremely friendly and professional. We discussed with Lisa all the options with blinds, shades, drapes, blackouts, filtering, etc. Offered suggestions and certainly no pressure or rushing to make a decision. We also had conversations with Mike and Anthony - they suggested different brands based on what we were looking for in the window blinds we ordered. They were also very friendly and professional. Once a decision was made - they scheduled an appointment to come to our home and take the exact measurements for the products. Their delivery time to obtain and install the new window treatments was extremely reasonable, however we had to cover the windows until the new treatments were available. We didn't want to live in a fish bowl. Once at the house - Anthony again made recommendations on colors as well as temporary - inexpensive blinds from another company until ours were ready. He could have tried to sell us something more expensive from his business, but he didn't.
  
  We received a call from Nicole a week before the planned installation date to schedule an appointment. She too was very friendly and professional. A couple of days before our scheduled appointment - Nicole called us again to say a spot opened a day earlier and they could come sooner if we desired. Of course we took the earlier appointment.
  
  When appointments are made - we are used to hearing they will be there between 9-12 or 1-3 or other window (no pun intended) of time - but with Window Trends - Nicole said they would be here at 12:30 on the scheduled day. I figured - OK we will see how that goes - figuring it was still going to be somewhere after 12:30 and maybe before 3. To our surprise and pleasure, Joe and Tom arrived exactly at 12:30 - I could have set my clock on their timing. I know this sounds like a lot - but both Joe and Tom could not have been more friendly or professional as the others we met previously. They quickly came in the house and did a great installation - told us if we have any problems - just call and they will come back - I now see they said that as they knew we would not have any problems - the treatments have been up for about a month and they are great - we use the shades every day and they are a great quality product. I don't expect to see Joe or Tom until the next time we want to change or add new window treatments - they are all the very best and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. - I wish here were more Stars we could give. Each person should be complimented for a superb job! They are all part of a great team and represent the business well!

  Great pricing and wonderful service. My husband and I really appreciated that they came to the house to present different options/colors/styles etc so we could see them in our home. Measuring was done same day and they got us the best price. Installation was quick, worked efficiently and quietly. Would definitely go back!

  If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I cannot say enough great things about Mike Ianotti and his team. By far the best prices around (I compared many others before someone recommended Window Trends to me) but beyond the pricing, I just love Mike. I've never met a more honest, professional, genuine, reasonable person in any service industry. Super friendly but also just really knows his stuff and incredibly helpful in offering ideas. Far from pushy, which I truly appreciated. Liz at the office is also wonderful - warm and responsive and fast. I used them for one window in a former home, loved them so much that I used them for the entire upstairs of my new home and definitely planning to have them back for the first floor once we get to that. They did an incredible job. I'm just so happy that I now know exactly where to go for all my window needs - no more shopping around, phew! Thank you, Mike, Liz, Joe and everyone else at Window Trends. It is a family owned business which is another big plus in my books.

  Another great job done by the Window Trends crew today at our home. This is our second “project” here, and they’ve installed a great window solution for my Mom’s new townhome. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Mike, Anthony, Mike and Liz are all so pleasant, friendly and personable. They make you feel like you’re part of their family. They’re easy to communicate with, offer fair pricing and always have the best recommendations for our needs.

  Since we purchased our home over 31 years ago, we have hired Window Trends to complete our window treatments. Mike and his staff are amazing. They bend over backwards to ensure your complete satisfaction! Dealing with Mike is a pleasure and a great experience all around. The staff at Window Trends is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Love every window treatment they ever did in our home.
