  We cannot say enough good things about Window Concepts. Such a great team should be recognized! The order consisted of designing our new home from top to bottom with Hunter Douglas Silhouette shades, custom draperies, valances and a gorgeous area rug.
  Our Sales Designer Sarah is the consummate professional and really listened to what we wanted and is responsible for our vision becoming a reality.
  The Office Manager Arielle kept us informed of the process every step of the way - there were never any surprises.
  TJ the installer and his team did an outstanding job - their craftmanship was top notch along with being extremely polite the entire time they were in our home.
  Hats off to the owners Doris and Charlie Elofer. It's no wonder they have built such a successful well regarded business. They were personally involved with us and they treat the customer like royalty.
  We are blown away by the amazing number of compliments from visitors about the window treatments that Window Concepts designed and installed. If you're thinking about window treatments - Window Concepts is the only place to go.

  I consistently have had fantastic experiences with Doris, Charlie, Arielle, and the rest of the Window Concepts team. My family had been using WC for over 20 years and now that I’m going through an entire house refresh, I went with WC again. Doris and Charlie make the process very easy and fun - I went into the showroom to pick out all my treatments and fabrics (colors, styles, etc.) with Doris. Then Charlie came out and took the precise measurements. TJ, Josh, and Andrew have done all the installations and it was seamless from start to finish. So far I have re-done 3 bedrooms, an office, a patio sliding door, the dining room, and my personal favorite, a very large living room bay window. This all has included a combination of window shades and drapery for 15 windows total AND furniture re-upholstery (a sitting bench, 2 living room stools, and 6 dining room chairs). Would 100% highly recommend and currently thinking about my next future project. Thank you WC!

  Sarah was wonderful to work with…from start to finish.
  Miguel did a perfect job of installing my new wood blinds.
  Both were so professional and yet friendly and helpful in every way.

  Charlie made the process of selecting and installing plantation shutters so easy! They made custom shutters, fit to our unique window sizes. The installer, I believe his name was Josh, was awesome.. clean, fast and courteous. They even touched up paint! We had new trim installed so our shutters would fit consistently on all windows. Overall a GREAT experience.. we will definitely be using Window Concepts again for future projects!
