  My grandmother Mattie Bowden Forman stayed at this facility and I must say the staff, nurse and aids are fabulous, keep up the good work guys! would definitely recommend this facility.

  I would like to commend Mary Ellen at the front desk for always being so pleasant and professional but also for going above and beyond recently .I take my brother out most weekends and try to get him back before 8PM. At times if it is past 8, I have waited awhile for staff to come down to get him (understandably so). A few weekends ago, I returned at 8:05. I rang the bell and the supervisor answered and came right down. She said that Mary Ellen had told her to look for us as we would probably be right along. As we entered Mary Ellen was just leaving. That is really taking care of people and going above and beyond. Thank you Mary Ellen for all you do.

  The nurses and aides are truly angels on earth. This is not an easy place to work. They do the best they can with what they have. That said, they are sadly understaffed.With better and more experienced leadership and better communication from senior administrators, I am sure they will shine again.

  Wilton Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation is a great skilled nursing facility. The staff is always friendly and happy to help. They offer the best services and top notch therapy in Fairfield County. The facility is very clean and gives the home sweet home feeling I would want my loved ones in.
