  Could not have had a better experience with Dan. He came to service our very old wood burning stove. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and did a wonderful job. We will absolutely be using his services again

  Scheduling was easy (prompt call back)and appointment available within a reasonable amount of time. Confirmed appointment showed up at scheduled time and solved my problem with my gas fireplace quickly. Cost was as quoted, serviced promptly and did not leave a mess! Would use again!!

  Spotted Dan's truck as he was working on a neighbors house. My lucky day. I was up against a closing date on my house, equipped with a wood burning fireplace. Dan finished an extensive overhaul of my chimney and fire box and, on time, in spite of an intermission for a hurricane. He always answered the phone when I called. His workers were personable and polite. Pricing was reasonable. Quality of work was superior.

  Had a chimney chase installed last week.
  I was very satisfied with the degree of professionalism, promptness of service, price and explanation of services. Installation went well and even offered to clean some rust stains down the side of the chimney, which he was able to accomplish. In my original review I commented that the caulking around the small chimney pipe was not to my satisfaction. Good but not as smooth as I wanted. Dan called within one half hour of that review and said if I was not happy with the look of the caulking that he will come back and redo the caulking. Within one day it was redone perfectly. Now that’s excellent customer service. Would not hesitate to recommend his service.

  I was having some leakage and water spots on a bedroom ceiling. Others could not correctly identify the cause. Dan quickly diagnosed the issue and installed a new stainless-steel chase cover, as well as new Azek trim. Dan is very personable and easy to work with. We are pleased with their work, and their reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
