  My wife and I have been here now almost two weeks, I want to tell how we were treated.
  1) From the first time we toured the facility until we signed the contract the entire leasing staff went out of their way to help us.(they given pleasant and kindness a new meaning)
  2) due to some health issues I needed several handicap adjustments, all of which was completed prior to our moving in in less then a week,
  3) The repairmen completed everything and left the apartment in perfect order(these guys are great).
  4) This is NOT a normal apartment complex, they planned for all your needs. You don't even need to put your trash out at the curb, they come and pick it up at your apartment twice a week.
  5) You have a nature trail, pool, and a work out room.
  6) They have a special spot to put all your empty boxes when you move in.
  7) Residents are very friendly and lots of things for children.
  
  If you want the perfect apartment this is it!!!!
  
  If you want the run of the mill, unresponsive staff that are impossible to reach you WILL not be happy here, look elsewhere!!!!

  I choose these apartments because they are close to my job. They are very well kept and even have a gym and pool. Parking is always available and it is overall nice and quiet atmosphere. The apartments are spacious and are up to date.

  I have been having a really wonderful experience living at the Willowyck Apartments! The staff have provided us with excellent and timely customer service and are responsive to all our requests for maintenence and for information about costs for renting out their incredible newly renovated lounge room and where it's just a wonderful with making our transition to moving to our first apartment seamless. I also love how the community is dog friendly, has a pool, a 24 hour gym, and just an overall beautiful community in the heart of Lansdale with access to nature trails, a dog park and its family friendly and a laid back atmosphere!

  Willowyck is an excellent apartment community!! This was exactly the kind of apartment community I was looking for when I moved to Pennsylvania. The management and maintenance teams are great; they helped me find an apartment I really like, and they continue to help me promptly whenever I have a question/concern/issue that needs to be addressed.
  
  There's lots of greenery, the layout is very nice, and landscaping is top-notch. On top of that, the inside of the apartments are high quality. It's truly among the best apartment communities to live in. I love living here!
