I had an awesome experience switching insurance companies to the Thomson State Farm agency. The account representative I worked with, Jamie was extremely knowledgeable and explained things very well. This is treatment I’ve never received from my insurance company. Extremely refreshing to have that.

By far the best insurance company. I have had a few different insurance providers where i was just another account number, but when i switched to State Farm and started working with William and Pam, I felt like they know who I am, truly care and want to make sure me and my family have what they need. Pam is always checking in and making sure all is well. I recommend State Farm to any one who is looking for a provider with great insurance options and exceptional customer service. They always answer the phone, emails, and take the time to explain and educate. I couldn’t ask for anything more from an insurance company. I feel safe, protected, and understood in my ever changing needs for my growing family. State Farm grows with us and feels like they are apart of the family as well.

I am saving money and still getting good coverage, after a short and sweet conversation on the phone. He was upfront and honest, and the work I put into the whole process was minimal.
