  Super nice facility with a lot of equipment and free weights. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back.

  I do not do the body fit thing so I cannot speak to it, I just use the gym. HANDS DOWN the cleanest gym I have been too and everything is new. I travel for work and go to many gyms, it is that clean. The 2 young ladies who work there are GREAT, helpful and always cleaning.
  
  Price is what you expect for North Fork and blows any other gym in the area out of the water (similar pricing). If you want Golds or LA Fitness, you have to go to Riverhead but there really is no need. I get a great workout, never have to wait and enjoy my time.
  
  Has the new trends that people are doing and old school things for someone like me.
  
  Only 2 things i wish could change is the hours. 8pm close is tough for me with work.
  
  I wish there was a locker room/ shower.
  
  Overall GREAT gym that was needed for the Fork

  Just a normal 58yr old who decided to get in shape. I started with their BodyShok Hiit class three times a week. Built up my stamina and added a personal training class and a day of lifting. The facility is clean, modern and well equipped. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I owe it to them for my continued success (5 months). Thanks

  I take the BodyShock HIIT classes here and they are AWESOME. You gain so much strength as you go and Jay is such a pro. I started going 6 months post hip replacement surgery and can do things now I wasn't sure I could again. Can't recommend this place enough - do it for yourself!
