  I’m completely satisfied. I saw something online and loved it. When I called no one answered; that is too stressful. I sent the photo to Tracy at the Whiting Flower Shoppe. Tracy recreated it better than the photo and delivered it herself. Once I gave her the order I could check it off the list of things to do because I knew she’d come through with flying colors and she did.

  Tracy took my order late in the day on a Saturday and made sure that a beautiful arrangement was delivered within hours. It is always a pleasant surprise when you find such responsive customer service and quality of product these days. The best part, my Mom loved the flowers - thanks Tracy!!!

  The Whiting Flower Shoppe has been absolutely amazing for all of our flower needs especially our wedding! The team worked to create such beautiful arrangements that fit our colors and theme; they went above & beyond. Everything was perfect and on time, the friendly smiles made it that much better!   Tracy did an absolutely amazing job on my wedding flowers! She made it so easy and very low stress as I was planning my wedding from a distance. I got so many compliments on the flowers and the minute i saw my bouquet, i fell in love with it! Thank you so much Tracy for making my flowers out of this world!

  We wanted to order some last-minute Christmas flowers for our parents, but left it too late and only had the "designer's choice" option online. So I called the store Monday and Tracy took care of everything, saying she would make the arrangement we wanted. The flowers were delivered the next day and Mom was thrilled with how beautiful they were. From the picture they sent, it was even better than what we were expecting from what we saw online. It was great that they phoned before delivering the flowers, to make sure they were around to accept the delivery. Thank you for helping to bring some joy during the pandemic when we can't be together in person for Christmas. We'd give you six stars if we could!
