This place is truly amazing! From the front desk/reception area [Alice, Helen (manager) & especially J] to the technicians (Elaine, Rick, Nancy & another woman-sorry I forgot her name); they all are so pleasant and professional and added a calming effect to being an MRI patient over a two-day period! Keep up the great work; you all are truly amazing! Thank you.
This place is a breath of fresh air...I have been dealing with a lot of impatient and uncaring people at doctors’ offices in the past few days. Everyone who worked here was so kind, from the person doing the intake to the technician. I was very nervous while in the MRI but he was patient and checked in with me after each test.
I have taken my aunt here for imaging quite a few times. The staff, from the receptionist, to the nurses and techs are just amazing! My aunt doesn't speak any English, so they always allow me to come inside to make her feel better. She also has bad veins and their nurses are excellent at doing it fast and painless. If you have issues with veins ask for Connie or Esther! Just wonderful!!!
My first encounter was with Claudia over the phone. Extremely caring individual. She was able to give me an appointment the next day. Knowledgeable Professional staff. Very Caring. Upright MRI. Technician was very caring always checking on me and explaining the next step.
Where has this place been hiding!?!
I needed a sit down open MRI and I search high and low until I found one I was comfortable with.
(I had a poor experience with the one on the upper east side of Manhattan)
At White Plains Hospital , I was treated like a VIP! Very important for a person like me who is super cluster-phobic!
The place is clean, spacious, and modern. Most importantly, the staff and technician were caring and all around wonderful!
