(January 5, 2023, 7:51 pm)We were driving along the path to Catskill Mountains and I saw this gem on my Google map. It said it was open. And I gave them a call before going and they said we are welcomed. When we arrived, I didn’t realize the place was closed for the season since it’s Winter and it’s only open in the Summer. A wonderful lady monk with her two beautiful, friendly white dogs invited us in anyway and made tea for us to try. The teas all taste amazing and unique. Although it wasn’t the outdoor scene we wanted, it was still a pleasant trip and would def go again and recommend anyone looking for a relaxing tea time in the middle of nature. Just be sure to donate to the temple. :)

(July 24, 2022, 10:11 am)Lovely and beautiful place! It’s opened recently, so not crowded at all. If you are looking for a quite and tranquil place to camp, to enjoy the nature with a cup of tea, or to meditate, this is the perfect place.
