  I have purchased products from White Flower Farm for many years and have consistently been impressed by their products. I had no gardening experience when I started and used their catalog and website to choose products and have always gotten a lot of compliments on my yard. I have purchased bulbs, perennials, annuals, shrubs, roots, everything-- and it arrives intact, has grown very well and looked beautiful. I get many compliments and look like a gardening pro when I am definitely not. The times their plants have not grown well have been my error. I wanted something that definitely was never going to work, their information was clear about where the flowers would thrive and where they would not, and I ignored them and wanted to try it anyway.
  Needless to say, white flower farm has given me years of gardening joy and for that I am very grateful.

  Love the amaryllis. And the service. I even had the one from last year come back. When the leaves died back I stuck it in the basement for several weeks. I figured it was a long shot but I would give it a try. And it worked. So when I ordered a new one I decided to get two stakes. When the I only one stake was delivered I simply emailed costumer service and they acknowledged the miss pick and got the second stake out the next day.

  Great quality and service. Recently ordered paper white bulbs and 2 were duds. Contacted customer service and they immediately offered a full replacement order.

  I order 6 plants. 3 salvia. 3 fuchsia
  Received an email I was being refunded my money minus 30 dollars for shipping
  Ups sent it back for wrong address which is my correct address. Ups is at my house almost every day
  So they re ship the order. Only I get one saliva and one fuchsia plant for $44 dollars
  This is not a good way to do business or keep customers. I have been in business forever and I would make sure my customer is happy
  Very disappointing that you have bad customer service for a company I thought was supposed to be excellent
