  We've been using Westy storage at this location for over fifteen years, and have had an excellent experience. When my mother moved into assisted living our storage needs doubled, and increased again when she passed away, and the team found us an appropriately sized unit each time. Cathy in particular has been very understanding and supportive as we've wrangled our storage down to size, and especially as we've recently prepared for our move to Florida. We highly recommend the Norwalk, CT Westy facility!

  I have nothing but good things to say about Westy Self Storage. The place is immaculate, well lit and the staff is very helpful!!! I’d rate it a 10 if I could.

  On 1/17/2021, we unexpectedly had to store multiple large items ASAP. We called and made an appointment with Ryan. He was very friendly and professional on the phone and gave us estimates on what size unit would be appropriate and pricing. When we arrived for our appointment, he was on time, very kind, and professional. He gave us a tour of the facility (which is immaculate) and showed us our unit options. He promptly did the paperwork and explained each paragraph in detail and explained the hours and procedure going forward to access our unit and get into the facility. He made a very stressful situation for us, so easy and hassle free. We got it all done within an hour (filling out paperwork and moving in all our items) and had 1 minute to spare before closing! It is so rare nowadays to meet people who take pride in their work and are so kind and professional. We would highly recommend Westy Storage and hopefully you will have the pleasure of working with Ryan.

  I am a new customer to Westy. Let me tell you why I chose them.
  I decided to become a Westy customer because of the outstanding customer service. From the first day I called inquiring about monthly rates and spoke to Lainey, I was impressed with her friendly manor and how she answered all my questions completely. I promised I would call her back to reserve my storage room when my contract was up with another company. By the way... the other company had just bought out the facility that I was in for two years. Over night the change was evident. Rude customer service, bill went up, dirty hallways with burnt out lights!
  So when I called Westy (again I got my friend Lainey ) and reserved it, the same great service was afforded me. The day we went sign the paperwork we showed up early, they weren't open yet. The Manager Lindi was just getting to work, and she open the door and let us in! Just the beginning of yet another wonderful experience with Westy. Lindi was SO nice! Gave us the rental truck, took us personally to the unit and explained everything so that we had absolutely no questions. We talked like we knew each other for years! Friendly people, a very clean, well maintained facility at a reasonable price. What more could you want! 5 stars to them!
