Had an excellent experience at Westwood Ear Nose and Throat PC. I have hearing aids and my right ear was totally blocked . The staff was professional and very caring . From the receptionist and well as the young lady who brought me to the procedure room and I Christina who evacuated the ear wax . Painless and completely done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this practice for your needs .
I've been a patient of Dr. Loughlin since 2017. Before finding him, I had been to other doctors, gps and ents. Who never figured out what was going on. One appointment! Dr. Loughlin discovered a long term birth condition, fixed it and my chronic sinus issues. The recent visit was similar, not what people thought but something that made sense. Just knowing, what was going on, how long it will take to heal and no outrageous treatment, makes things better. I have and will continue to highly recommend Dr. Loughlin.
I have experience a wonderful experience at this business everyone it's so nice and respectable and very caring willing to help whenever you need it this is a good place to go whether it be for your throat nose or ear you don't want no one to add to the pain but you want someone to make you feel better than what you before you came this place is just like that I would recommend it to anyone thank you
Dr. Loughlin is great… he’s super thorough, has a wealth of experience, and takes the time to actually listen and explain things. He’s always on time for appointments (my pet peeve), and he doesn’t perform procedures, prescribe meds, or book unnecessary follow-up appointments just to make a buck. The office staff is terrific as well, always friendly and on point with paperwork and billing. All in all, it’s one of the best offices I’ve ever been too… I highly recommend them.
Very friendly staff upon entering. The nurse was very patient with my husband, son and I. She answered our questions. Then Dr. Christine comes in, she asked her questions about what was going on. She explained what she was going to do. She used an ear vacuum to clean his ear. My son got scared because of the ear vacuum, but the nurse calmed him down. He was watching disney on my phone. The nurse ( I don't remember her name) got down at his level and asked him questions about it. Amazing work. Thank you so much for what you do.
