  I’m amending my review to 4 stars from 3 based on a positive and efficient interaction I had today. The below still holds true for yesterday.
  
  I arrived around 10:15am and told them that I needed to leave at 10:55 for another appointment. I waited for about 25-30 min before being taken to a room. The nurse took my vitals and did the rapid Covid and strep tests as well as a throat culture. At 10:55 I still had not seen the doctor so I said I had to leave. They told me I wasn’t “allowed to leave.” I told them they couldn’t keep me there and they responded with “well your tests won’t be sent out I too you see the doctor.” Fine. I said I would come back. I called to see how long the wait was and they said don’t worry, we will put you in a room right away. That did occur but then they keep asking me my name, DOB and if I had been seen before because I wasn’t in the system. When the doctor, Janet came back I had to repeat everything again and she wasn’t sure if the tests were even still there or had been thrown out. Once I was with the doctor she repeated all of the tests as she didn’t trust they had been don’t correctly. Once I was with the doctor I received very good care but the inter-office communication leaves something to be desired. I obviously felt awful or I wouldn’t have been there and it was a very frustrating visit.

  This Neighborhood Walk In was Great. Fast, courteous, knowledgeable & clean. From the reception to the assistant, to the Dr, it was easy & pain free! Highly Recommended!!! Don’t get sick, but if you do….

  I called to make an appointment ahead (which I recommend), because I didn't have to wait to be seen more than 10 minutes.
  The Doctor who treated me was very friendly and made me feel heard. I have only one complaint.... Which was that while choosing an urgent care center online I specifically chose this one because they advertised that they do X-rays and while they do indeed have the X-ray equipment they don't have an x-ray technician at this moment.

  The Nurse Practitioner we saw was absolutely wonderful - great bedside manner and very knowledgeable (this was a visit for our toddler). I do have an issue with this clinic running this one NP around seeing all of the patients. Whoever owns this urgent care should, for the safety and proper care of the medical staff and the patients who come in, have another provider on hand. This nurse was clearly being over-worked which is not okay with me. Aside from that - facility is clean. Wait wasn’t too bad. And the NP, as noted, was wonderful :)
