  I visited my mother-in-law who is a physical rehab patient and was very happy with the facility and staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and informed. We were even allowed to bring our dog once we showed his vaccination record. My MIL loved seeing our dog. Bird feeders are outside her window and she loves looking at the birds.

  Westhampton Care Center exceeded my expectations! The staff is attentive, compassionate, and highly skilled. The facility is clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and safe environment. The level of care and attention given to residents is exceptional. I highly recommend Westhampton Care Center for anyone in need of quality care.

  My mother has been here for about a week. Here temporarily recovering from surgery. Have been very pleasantly surprised with the facility and staff. Everyone is very pleasant and appear competent. The facility is in good shape and clean. Plenty of common areas to get out of her room and be around other people. Also a very nice outdoor courtyard. Food is pretty good and family members can order additional meals at a very reasonable discount. All in all a great place to recover and rehab.

  That lady at the front desk is always soooo nice, kind, and patient. I believe her name is Linda. My son asked me to get her flowers when we ran out to the store for a snack. He said “we gotta get her something nice, I think she would like flowers” when I asked him why he said “she’s always so nice and she deserves them”

  From a former employee standpoint, the staff puts in a huge amount of effort to achieve overall satisfaction for the residents. Mainly due to changing ratios. Meals are prepared to meet the resident’s needs and options are available. At times, management was challenging and some members were nicer than others. However, schedules were consistent and overtime was available. Overall, everyone was focused on patient-care and all residents were treated as individuals. Staff cares about family concerns and patient’s safety. More attention can go into training the staff and maintaining a set unit of work since this can affect the familiarity between the staff and the residents due to changing assignments and/or procedures for different units. I had a good experience at this facility and met amazing people.
