(May 11, 2023, 8:40 pm)When I asked Dr. Thayer about cateract surgery at my last exam, I didn't realize that I was beginning a life-changing journey.
First, let me say that Dr. Thayer presents his unequaled expertise with gentle good humor. He is very attentive, gives you all the time you need to ask questions, and explains thoroughly.
Nicole and all the staff are top-notch, always ready to help with anything I need, and Surgical Coordinator Hunter Smith prepared me for surgery so thoroughly that all I had to do was show up on time. She even included a chart to track post-surgery eye drops!
I chose the Panoptix lens replacement, which are trifocals. The results? Wonderful! I no longer need to find my glasses to read a label, see a bird in a tree or the road ahead.
It's amazing how the world opens up when your vision is no longer confined to eyeglass frames, and your eyes are free to wander. Truly life-changing!

(March 22, 2023, 1:36 pm)Dr. Thayer and his staff are wonderful! Very pleasant and informative. I had cataract surgery and lens implants and can't believe how well I can see now - no longer need glasses to see far or near.
