(December 8, 2022, 3:21 pm)I visited this laundromat a year ago to try to salvage my outdoor cushions that were ruined during Hurricane Ida, along with the 6ft flooding we had at home. The cushions were not a priority at the time in the grand scheme of flood repairs. So I did not think they could be salvaged given the time that had past but, Jean was soo helpful in giving me not only tips and tricks on how to clean them at the laundromat, as well as at home for the oversized pieces that understandably could not be cleaned at the location. I was beyond ecstatic when her suggestions helped save them! She was pleasant, helpful, and professional! After my wonderful experience, I reached out to management to share the positive feedback but, I may have sent it to the wrong email. So I am submitting a review here today bc once again, the cushions have been damaged by mother nature and here was Jean so friendly and helpful! She’s the best-thanks for everything, Jean!

(July 30, 2017, 6:05 pm)Air-conditioned, clean, jumbo washers, not crowded, reasonable costs, snack machine, TV, bench outside the entrance. I gave 4 stars because there are only a few chairs inside. People do leave their wash in the machines and come back.
