This is an update to a 2 star review from early 2019. WCHN is not good. But Dr. Macintosh is great.
My issue was a records management problem transferring my records from the Kent to the New Milford Office when Dr. Mac moved in early 2019. I'm still not happy with WCHN for their record transfer problem, plus they don't seem to monitor social media. So I took off one star for the company, but Dr. Macintosh is great. Empathetic, sympathetic, listens and helps.
