I gave this practice a shot despite the bad reviews here and after my 3 visits, I wanted to come back to give my take on WCBH.
Reception staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The office was running on time and everything seemed well-organized with regards to scheduling.
The doctor herself was easy to talk to, kind, and educated. I was also seen by 2 other practitioners for certain tests that were equally comfortable to be around. I felt things were explained well and I had ample opportunities to take breaks as needed.
The only constructive criticism I have is with the waiting room which it is a bit cramped and poorly decorated. I was filling out psychological inventories in the waiting room with other patients/their children sitting directly next to me and it felt very...exposed. A separate room to be used for patients filling out paperwork like that or even having them sit in the more private seating area near the bathrooms would be less distracting and far more private.
But you go to see a doctor for their expertise and compassion, not their waiting room so they earned their 5 stars. They even went beyond what they needed to do in order to accomodate my scheduling and medical needs. I'm surprised not to see more positive reviews here!

I had my final appointment to discuss results. I had gone to this doctor to be screened for a condition that is very easily missed, especially in adult women. I did not think they would see the signs I saw especially with the testing used. I was delighted to be proven wrong. They did see what I saw and I feel I got a very accurate diagnosis. The validation I feel now was well worth the multiple long trips out there. I urge anyone reading these reviews to take the negatives with a grain of salt. I just can't find any evidence of rudeness or money grubbing here.
