  Dana Hilsenrath was an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s extremely knowledgeable and helpful, whether you’re concerned about latching, pumping, feeding schedules and a lot more. I was so relieved to have her guidance and feel like she set me up for success on my breastfeeding journey.

  Dana was so great and helpful! She comes to the house and spent so much time with me and my little guy. She showed me different techniques and ways to help my baby latch more efficiently. Would highly recommend her!

  Dana was an absolute gem to work with. It can be nerve racking seeking about new providers for your newborn but Dana made us feel so comfortable with her caring demeanor, knowledge and expertise. I've already recommended her practice and look forward to working with her again.

  Dana was wonderful to work with! I was able to successfully breastfeed my sons, but knowing every baby is different, I had every intention of hiring a Lactation Consultant with my daughter. When she was born late pre-term at 36 weeks, I needed more help than I had planned. She was primarily bottle feeding, then using a shield, and I had been pumping since day 1, something I didn’t need to do in the past. Dana came to our home and helped me figure it all out. She showed me different positions to nurse her to get a stronger latch, did a weighted feed which eased my worries about how efficient she was at the breast, did an oral exam, and helped me figure out the best plan for pumping going forward. Since she came, my daughter has been exclusively nursing without the shield, and I feel so much more confident. She was kind, helpful, super knowledgeable, and listened to everything I said and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Thank you, Dana, for setting us up for a successful nursing journey! We are so grateful!

  Dana was the reason I continued my breastfeeding journey. I worked with her in multiple sessions. She was extremely helpful and had a welcoming personality. I was given helpful tips to manage my oversupply and ensure my baby was latching correctly. After every appointment she provided notes for you to refer back to which was extremely helpful. I cannot recommend her enough.
