  Dr. Steinbacher and his team performed a double jaw surgery for my sleep apnea + class 2 overbite. The team is stellar. I was given a lot of care and attention and everybody there is really warm. Preparing for the surgery, they made the process really easy for me. They arranged all the insurance claims, set me up with all I need in preparation for the surgery, and provided excellent follow up care after the surgery. Post surgery, I have gotten to interact more with Tricia, the APRN. She is insanely informative and such a sweetheart. She knows EVERYTHING about this surgery and she often knows my concerns before I even bring them up.

  Dr. Steinbacher and the West River Surgery team performed my double jaw surgery for a class three open bite including a tooth removal, genioplasty and fat grafting in Guilford. They were highly professional, compassionate, and attentive and made me feel comfortable during my first major surgery. I had gotten sick on the original date of my surgery and him and his surgical team rearranged their schedules to accommodate me the very next day. Not to mention, I have been thrilled with the results. I can’t say enough good things about them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his team to anyone.

  Dr. Steinbacher’s reputation as a world renowned plastic surgeon precedes himself, but I can speak firsthand to the professionalism and dedication he has. My before and afters speak for themselves and exceeded my expectations. I had the best experience and would highly recommend Dr. Steinbacher.

  I love this team!! They are the absolute best. From my first appointment they have been so kind and so accommodating. The day of my surgery they calmed my nerves, sat with me to answer any questions and created such a caring, relaxed environment. I’ve felt reassured throughout the whole process and I truly could not have asked for a better experience.

  I went in for a tummy tuck procedure at the W. River Surgery Center with Dr Steinbacher. My experience was excellent. The team was very attentive to my questions, and quick to reply as well. My follow up care was also handle with extreme care from the team. I felt reassured throughout my entire process from the start until current time.
