  I came in last week to get my boyfriends work clothes cleaned and pressed and everything came out perfectly and on time! Karen and Maria were incredibly helpful and patient with me as I explained what I needed done. I will absolutely be back in a few weeks!

  West Milford Cleaners has serviced the WM Highlander Band uniforms for years. They have always provided wonderful service, eliminated stains, and gone above and beyond to accommodate us at a fair price. Our uniforms go through a pretty intense workout during competition season and WM Cleaners keeps them in great shape. They also sew letters onto varsity jackets for us. As a matter of fact, I will be dropping a uniform today for a quick refresh before band pictures this week and will have the uniform back in great shape in 2 days.

  My experience doesn't match other reviewers so I wanted to take the time to share.
  
  - One, they are not a cash only business, they simply don't take credit or debit cards, which is not uncommon with West Milford businesses. They will take checks if you happen to have them, so it's good to be prepared if you rely on cards.
  - Two, the pricing depends on what you want done, which is why it's not given upfront. I've had tailors and cleaners express to me before it depends on the persistence of the stain or how much I decide I want tailored. In my experience, the pricing is reasonable, and actually more affordable than going to a tailor or seamstress, even when I wanted something done next day. I wanted Abbie's to trim a dress and have it done next day, and the woman told me it would be around $120 because of the material, without including the rush fee (if my memory serves correctly). It was $20 here.
  - Three, I've never had the service be anything less than pleasant! I like the handful of people I've seen in there, and they've never disappointed me.
  - Four, the ownership has been the same for well over a year because I've seen them in there, so I don't agree with the ownership change review. This is misinformation.
  
  Overall, if you come prepared, have appropriate expectations, and are familiar with the priciness of other related businesses, it's a good experience. If you don't like that they don't give the price upfront, I recommend you go elsewhere and pay the extra money to have that guarantee.
