When I brought my car in for repairs, they efficiently and professionally addressed the issues and gave me clear explanations. They treat their customers with honesty and never try to sell unnecessary services or parts. (April 11, 2023, 5:36 pm)I recently moved to this part of Long Island, and was in need of a good auto mechanic as my car started making strange noises. I thought that my rack and pinion went bad, but it was much more than that. At first I was little concerned about starting with someone new, but I had no choice.
I chose West John Auto Corp in Hicksville, and couldn't have chosen better. Hugo and his team did an extraordinary job on my car. They demonstrated honesty and professionalism that is rare now days.
They took pictures of old parts, and of new ones when they arrived. Hugo would call me with updates, so I knew exactly what was going on with my car. The job was done reasonably fast and good. When day came for me to go and pick up my “new” car, Hugo took time to to lift my car and show me everything that's been from below and up. He gave me a life time warranty on all parts that they installed, and told me to come back after 100 miles to make sure that everything runs OK. Price was great too for the work that they did.
I usually never write reviews, but this deserves one, a great one. This will be the only place for me from now on for my car repairs, and I highly recommend it.
