West Gate Townhomes is a great place to live. The apartments/townhomes are spacious and clean. The property is well-maintained. Amenities such as a workout space, small dog park, and game room are being added, enhancing the appeal even more.
Property Management is FANTASTIC! Bridgit in the front office is attentive, responsive, and well-organized. She handles everything with ease and prioritizes the tenants' best interests and well-being. What's most noticeable and appreciated is her compassion, understanding, and unwavering support and kindness that she shows everyone living on Cooper Place.

Bridgit has been such a pleasure to work with! She is incredibly responsive and always available when questions arise. She is knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for the tenants of West Gate. Good, reliable leasing office staff are hard to come by, but my experience with this complex and Bridgit has been excellent thus far!
Since Bridgit took over Management in August, West Gate has really stepped up. She has really taken the time to get to know me, and of course my furbaby Skip personally. She truly does care about the tenants here, their wants, and their needs. She is always willing to listen and help find a solution that works with everyone. I've been living here for my 3rd year and have seen management come and go, and this one is by far my favorite. Gerry, on the maintenance crew does an amazing job at keeping the property clean and safe, and is always a phone call away, when I accidently locked myself out, on a weekend he came over straight away so that I could get to my dog. He has fixed big issues same day, and Both Bridgit and Gerry love greeting Skip and I on walks, and Skip loves saying hi. There is a dog/kid park right in the neighborhood and it's a super safe place to walk with your dog. I love walking the surrounding areas with Skip as well. Rent is reasonable, especially in this area when you have a 2 bedroom with a basement and laundry to yourself (which is what I have) I have overall been really thrilled with my experience living here. The units themselves are actually pretty spacious, and while my unit itself is a little dated, I am comfortable with being able to ask for help with things like the windows and new appliances if I need them. Bridgit has truly done a wonderful job!
We worked with Josephine and we had a great experience. She responded quickly to our emails and answered all of our questions.
The neighborhood is a safe community that feels like an oasis. I loved seeing all the pet walkers in the morning and the grounds were all well maintained.
