I can see how. you could leave empty handed, but we got a couch this weekend that was an unbelievable deal - and we got it delivered 20 minutes after we purchased it. Lots of home decor items and small pieces of furniture in great shape. Glad we found this place - will be back!

(October 5, 2022, 10:20 pm)5 stars for the customer service. I spoke with 4 different sale reps and each one was kind, patient and offered advice or help. Dana & Jonathan were great! I would suggest checking West Elm online prior to buying the item to see if you're really getting a deal. The item I purchased I ended up only saving $300 as the item was on sale online but I found out after I got home as I didn't look it up while in the store. Items do go fast. The time I was there many items were sold and being wrapped. Go with an open mind, do your due diligence and all will work out.

(September 2, 2022, 10:33 am)Biggest discounts were on dining tables, outdoor furniture, lighting and curtains/rods. Accent and dining chairs were very close to market price. You have to be able to pick up all items that day. I would recommend shopping early, by the afternoon most large furniture (dressers, nightstands, coffee tables, credenzas) we’re already wrapped with Sold stickers awaiting pickup. Lighting and curtains were all in return boxes, but great pricing if you’re willing to dig and google what the item looks like.

Just wanted to say it will take you few times to visit since they bring new stuff on certain days and it’s sold very fast. Pricing is a bit confusing sometimes.
