  Fantastic service at reasonable prices. Our slide-out motor failed and we could not make it to WES on time for them to see us. They arranged for us to drop off our 35 foot motorhome with a key drop. Similarly, they were closed over memorial day weekend when we needed to pick it up and they arranged for us to pick it up off hours. They held on to the motorhome for a week while we traveled but it seemed like the actual repair was done in one day. Our slide out is functioning great and they made it a stress free experience.

  I recently purchased a tow behind camper trailer from a family member on Long Island. Found out that it has not made any long trips in a VERY long time and had sat for a long time prior to my moving it. Absolutely needed tires and a good once over, but found this out well after arriving on the island and was planning on leaving within a couple of days. My father-in-law told me to take is to W.E.S. Trailers. So I gave them a call, to which they were a little taken aback by the quick turn around that I needed, but said to bring it in and they would see what they could do. I had fresh rubber on, axils and brakes checked, and an over roadworthiness check for a cross country trip done, and they knocked it out in under a day. Now I am almost complete with my trip, 4000+ miles later, no issues at all. The guys at W.E.S. were awesome. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone. As a side note, as they are pretty close to Riverhead, I heard them mention that people didn't know where they were at. Really close by, but nice big areas to turn into and around in. Really great and convenient location. Thanks again guys.

  Sales team was not pushing us to buy just anything. First questions were all about what we were using for a tow vehicle and they only showed us what my truck could handle safely without issue. The sale went smoothly and quickly. Techs gave us an extensive walk through, showed us how everything worked and answered all my questions. Our first trip out with our brand new Jayco we realized water heater wasn’t working. Called W.E.S. and they got one of their techs on the phone with me. He told me what to look for, turns out it was a faulty part, and how to get the water heater working. I recommend them very highly.
